Core staff on annual subscriptions for the best rate. Seasonal staff on monthly so you are not paying for people who are not there.
Add people or devices, it goes up. Remove them, it comes down. A minimum commitment applies, but beyond that you only pay for what you are using.
Invoiced on the 1st, collected by Direct Debit. Nothing to chase, nothing to remember.
Subject to fair usage, but most clients never come close. The goal is that your team always feels comfortable picking up the phone.
If your team relies on line-of-business apps that need hands-on support, pricing adjusts to reflect that. We scope this during discovery so there are no surprises.
After-hours emergency support is available when you need it, billed separately. Core support hours are Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm.
