If your team relies on line-of-business apps that need hands-on support, pricing adjusts to reflect that. We scope this during discovery so there are no surprises.

Something breaks at 10pm? We are there

After-hours emergency support is available when you need it, billed separately. Core support hours are Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm.

Where the managed service ends

We are upfront about boundaries so you always know what to expect.
Here are the most common things that sit outside the core service.

Hardware (we source it, ship it, and support the setup remotely, but you pay for the equipment and will need someone onsite to plug it in)
Projects that change the status quo (scoped and quoted separately so you always know the cost upfront)
Onsite visits (rarely needed, but charged for time, travel, and expenses when they are)
Networking, Wi-Fi, internet connections, structured cabling
CCTV, access control, telephony
Line-of-business apps without their own vendor support (we can scope these in if needed)
Devices running unsupported operating systems (we will help you plan replacements)
Cyber breach investigation and recovery (handled through your cyber insurance, but we will be right alongside you)
Home networks and personal devices

What counts as a project? Anything that moves your business forward rather than keeping things running. Rolling out new software, migrating data between platforms, restructuring after a merger, or setting up a new office. We scope and quote these separately so you always know the cost before we start.

We onboard your team

We connect to your Microsoft 365, deploy our management and security tools, harden every device, and onboard every user one-to-one. Security, backups, SOC monitoring, and cyber training all go live.

A one-off onboarding fee applies. This is quoted during discovery and depends on your current setup, team size, and the work needed to get you to a fully managed state.
