Your data is collected through the Calendly scheduling form embedded on our website. When you submit a booking, your information is processed by Calendly and shared with us to arrange your consultation.

- Follow up after our conversation if appropriate
The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest — you have requested a consultation and we need your details to provide it.
Who Processes Your Data
Your data is processed by:
- Grenadier Computing — as the data controller
- Calendly LLC — as a data processor (via the embedded scheduling form)
- Google LLC — as a data processor (via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console, for website usage and search performance analysis)
- Microsoft Corporation — as a data processor (via Microsoft Clarity, for heatmaps and session recordings to improve user experience)
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third parties for marketing purposes.
How Long We Keep It
We retain your booking data for up to 12 months after your consultation. If you become a client, your contact information is retained for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for administrative purposes.
You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Cookies & Analytics
This website uses the following analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site:
- Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics (GA4) — collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited, button clicks, scroll depth, time on site, and referral source. May set cookies on your device.
- Microsoft Clarity — records anonymous session replays and generates heatmaps to help us understand how visitors interact with the site. No personally identifiable information is collected through these analytics tools.
